You can create the dryer with any wood and a leather in the center.
All crafts go through the dryer, no need for needle and thread anymore. Also, you can change rabbit leather for normal leather.

This is the new way to cure zombie meat
Textures for needle, water and thread, cooked meat, and clean leather have been updated. In addition, when the leather is cured, the needle and thread are returned to you so that you can continue using it
You no longer have to cook clean leather to get normal leather, the correct way is to use the dryer, it is sold to you by the wandering trader for six emeralds

On a crafting table, place an iron nugget to create a needle. Then place this needle next to a rope to create needle and thread. Now place a zombie meat to create clean meat. Needle and thread plus zombie meat to create clean leather. Now in an oven you should cook clean leather to create normal leather. I read your comments and now the clean meat can be cooked.
